Matthew Lawrence Domke, 33, of Michigan City formerly of Chesterton, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2012 at home.  He was born November 4, 1978 in Valparaiso to Larry & Kathy (Carlson) Domke, attended Chesterton High School and had been a welder with Consolidated Fabricators.  Matt enjoyed spending his time with music, family and friends.
Survivors include his fiancé, Rachel Pasley of Michigan City, parents, Larry & Kathy Domke of Michigan City, children: Lyric Domke of Hobart, Destiny & Cheyenne Ronco of Michigan City, sister, Lisa (Darcy) Munguia of Chesterton, grandfather, Leonard Domke of Valparaiso, Lyric’s mother, Tasha Castillo of Hobart, nieces: Nikki, Kaley & Keirra Munguia and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Jackie Domke and uncle, Tim Domke.
Following cremation at Angelcrest Crematory a memorial gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, February 4^th at the Domke residence, 1657 Maple St., Michigan City from 1 – 4 pm.  Cards of support and understanding may be sent to the same address.
