Dorothy B. Cleek, age 99 of Valparaiso passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at Valparaiso Care and Rehabilitation Center.  She was born on October 23, 1910.  Dorothy was the owner of Duneland Furniture in Porter and attended the Valparaiso Nazarene Church.
On June 3, 1937 in Joliet, IL, Dorothy married E.L. Cleek who past away in 1974.  She is survived by 4 children, Verna (Allen) Lehmann of Valparaiso, Lee (Del) Cleek of Wheatfield, Sharon (Terry) Baron of Big Pine Key, FL, and Vicki (Robert) Turel of St. Petersburg Beach, FL; daughter-in-law, Mary Martin of Taylor, MI; 17 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and 16 great-great grandchildren.  She was also preceded in death by 3 sons, Larry Cleek, Paul Cleek, and Robert “J.L.” Martin.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 7^th at 10:30 AM at Moeller Funeral Home 104 Roosevelt Rd, Valparaiso with Rev. Gerald Penn officiating.  Burial will follow at Chesterton Cemetery.  Visitation will be Friday from 4:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to the Harbor Light Hospice 500 W Lincoln Highway Suite F,  Merrillville, IN 46410.
