Mary Medich Rose, 80, of Valparaiso, formerly of South Bend & Tucson, AZ, passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2010.  She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Robert Steven Rose.  Mary was born December 22, 1929 in South Bend to George and Mary (Muriel) Medich.  Surviving are daughter, Pamela (Larry) Cunningham of Porter, IN and son, John (Ellen) Rose of Pittsburgh, PA; 4 grandchildren; Robert (Cara) Cunningham of Valparaiso, Kristen (Michael) Bielema of Round Lake, IL, Megan and Erin Rose of Pittsburgh, PA; great granddaughter; Rachael Rose Bielema of Round Lake, IL.  Mary is survived by sister, Betty (Fred) Barker, brother, George (Charlene) Medich, brothers-in-law Mike & Bill Rose, sister-in-law, Marilyn Fabbri and many nieces and nephews.  Mary was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Millie Elliott, Helen Ullom, brothers, Nick & Fred Medich, brother-in-law, Aldo Fabbri, sister-in-law, Germaine Rose.  Mary was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.  She will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her. 
A private internment will be held at Riverview Cemetery, South Bend, Indiana.
